I am here with a public service announcement to all my fellow children of the world. You need to study to do well in school! It may sound simple but apparently the youth of today have forgotten this simple truth. What to do with kids these days? I learned this while helping my mother grade her Honors Algebra 2 tests this week. It took her forever to grade them since they were so bad, so she enlisted my help.
This is me taking a break. I got so tired of writing, "split your absolute values". They all forgot to split their absolute value equations. It was frustrating! I hate when people do that!
Man this kid made up his own math. It was like no math I had seen before. He added 3/2 plus 5/11 is some how 3/7....what is with that kid?
Man this teaching thing is hard work. Here I am still plugging away....If I never see another Honors Algebra 2 test again.....it will be too soon!So lesson learned, make sure you study. It makes grading a whole lot easier for your teachers!
